December Rocksteady Stadium Subwoofer update

Hello Rocksteady Stadium Supporters and Family,
A quick update as we head into year end...
Backerkit surveys end on 12/31 where you can confirm shipping addresses and add-ons. 77% of the backers have completed the survey, but if you have not, please do so now otherwise your Speaker and Subwoofer set may be delayed by up to a couple months.
The molds for the subwoofer components are almost complete, and assuming we can overcome some supply chain challenges on components and that all goes smoothly, we are working hard to ship before Chinese New Year at the end of January.
If we have any delays, we'll have to wait until things open up again so we'd be looking at a new a ship date of the end of February.

Rocksteady Stadium Subwoofer, Dec 7th update

Hello Rocksteady Family,
Things continue to progress and we are rushing to get our production molds completed.
Big news though... Due to popular demand, and some good sense arguments, we have integrated a speaker grill cover into the subwoofer. Stay tuned for images in the coming couple weeks.
If you haven't completed your survey from Backerkit, please do so now. We'll be canvassing them and starting to shop for transportation at the end of this month and need final addresses in order to get them scheduled and optimized.

Rocksteady Stadium Orders Update

Hello everyone,
The Kickstarter completed and we have moved the orders into an order management software called Backerkit. Please check your emails for a survey to confirm your address and other options.
We are aware that the survey for those who have ordered only a subwoofer contains an error and we are fixing it now.
If you ordered a silicone ring, please stay tuned for a separate update on that.

End of Campaign- Funded!

Hello everyone,
Thank you all for your support. Now that the Kickstarter Campaign has concluded and we are funded, we will be transitioning over to a Pledge Manager where you will be able to track your pledge, add items, and where we will update shipping.
This should take about a week to set up. In the meantime, please keep an eye out for emails from Kickstarter about your pledge to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Rocksteady Update and Stretch Goal

Hello again Kickstarter family,
The Rocksteady Stadium Kickstarter is down to the its final week and we are so excited by the support and enthusiasm it has garnered.

Now, as we enter the final stretch of this campaign, I am excited to announce our first stretch goal for the event. Platinum Pack supporters (a 4 pack with subwoofer) will receive a free carrying case if the campaign hits and exceeds $75,000.
Technical issues: There have been a few technical issues on our Kickstarter page over the last couple weeks, from some people not able to complete the shopping cart, to pledges disappearing. If you had any issues and missed your pledge, please contact us through the messages link so we can help get your missed pledge re-enabled.
