Exciting and relieved to announce that all your orders have been tendered to carriers and are en-route to you. We are working to compile shipping information and will get tracking numbers sent out as soon as can.
Note, if you paid for express/air shipping, your tracking number was already assigned and you should be getting your order any day now. If your shipment went first by Ocean, then the tracking number may not get assigned until the container unloads at the port arrival city.
I am so excited to have you all start receiving your orders and equally excited for you all to start enjoying them.

May 29th update - Rocksteady Stadium

Hello everyone,
Sorry for the delay in updating everyone as the situation with our factory in China has changed and the information that I previously provided has too.
Last month, I was told that the final assembly was being completed and that carrier assignment and pack-out was underway. That turned out to be an optimistic and premature statement.
Two decisions came up that created a delay. First, the performance of the material used in the construction of the cones did not perform as well as earlier prototypes. Second, an improved circuit board layout was identified as providing better range, so a decision had to be made... stop assembly, order the new cones and use the new circuit boards, or make those changes with the next order; or get it right now and hold up the orders. I chose the later, and now we are waiting for the cone material to deliver.
I feel all your combined frustration and pain. We are trying to grow our business and this only starts once we launch. We are out of speakers and are waiting on the subwoofer to do so.
What does that mean for your shipments?
1. I am being told this delays the shipments until late June.
For Asia deliveries that are going by air, this means a delivery in 3-4 weeks from now.
For Europe and the America's, the orders will first ship by ocean, which adds 2-3 weeks to the delivery.
2. If you are fed up of waiting (I understand if you are), we are offering a refund to anyone who asks. Email us at [email protected].
The system sounds and performs great. Here is video I made this afternoon to wet your appetite. I hope you can remain patient, and I apologize to everyone who feels let down or deceived.

Hi everyone,
Good news all around... We have found more affordable shipping options to Europe and Australia. Asia and North American orders remain at reasonable rates. The speakers and subs are on schedule to ship out of China by the end of this month (delivery dates will be shown and estimated on the survey).
We created the survey late last week but have technical issues we are working to resolve with Backerkit to get the email surveys sent out. We are hoping that we get the survey sent out today or as soon as Backerkit responds with the solution to the tech issue we are having.
